This is a power tool. Next Snap Tool and Fancher's Upholstery, Inc. can not and will not be responsible for any misuse or harm caused to yourself or others by using tool incorrectly. Please read the safety instructions provided with the tool before using as well as watch the videos. Use at your own risk.

DO NOT disable or modify any safety features on the tool. Serious or fatal injuries can occur if not trained and familiar with the tool prior to its use.

* Always remove battery pack when changing dies and do not leave battery pack installed when not in use. Untrained persons may harm themselves, Property or the tool.

At Fancher's Upholstery, Inc. (Next Snap Tool), we offer a 60-day return policy for the Next Snap Tool. Each tool is carefully adjusted and tested using a basic Snap and Cap die set. Please note that other dies may require additional adjustments. (See video on how to adjust the tool)

Due to the modifications made to the base tool, all original manufacturer warranties and guarantees are null and void. Additionally, Fancher's Upholstery does not cover customer-supplied dies or dies in general, as we are not their manufacturer.

Our 60 day warranty and guarantee applies only to manufacturer defects or defects in the modifications we perform. If any modifications are made to the safety features, or if the Next Snap Tool has been exposed to water, dropped, or misuse we will not guarantee. Again please read safety manual included with tool.

Base Tool was manufactured in China. Design, Snap Jaw Manufacturing and all supplies used to build the Jaws were Designed, Modified, and Manufactured in the USA.

We can ship World Wide for Next Snap tools WITHOUT a battery pack. 

We can ONLY ship to the continuous 48 United States if you select the battery and charger option. 

International customers are responsible for customs and import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be. We recommend checking with your local customs office for these charges before placing your order.

We stand by our product with a 60-day return policy covering workmanship and defective parts. Every tool is meticulously modified and tested in our shop before shipping. Please note that we do not manufacture the base 20-volt tool, and its original manufacturer cannot provide a warranty as the tool has been opened for modifications.
